Wednesday 21st April

Today we spent the day sorting out the cattle grazing area and the pigs drinking trough. We also had some target practice with the 22 rifle; I got five bullseyes out of five shots! After dinner we went rabbit shooting with Robin on the back of the landy; we learnt where to shoot a rabbit, in the 'engine room' (chest area) and how to empty the rabbits bladder. Eugh. When we got back Robin showed us how to gut and hock the rabbits. So many skills learned!
